I added a couple of pages this week to my new bullet journal!

Running to-do list: very important page. Everything that has to be done gets scribbled here. The best thing is that I can scratch out stuff I no longer have to do, and move other things to the Future log when they become permanent.

30 day challenge! I have body image problems, I didn’t put a weight gauge because that’s a personal trigger. I figure with measuring myself once a month I’ll be able to acknowledge my bodies fluctuation without panicking when I “suddenly” can’t fit into my jeans that are 10 years old! However, I haven’t fully crossed out the idea of a monthly weighing session, I’m not sure where to put it! Page 24 key is on page 23, 30 day challenge, I want to do an activity 5 days out of the week, 2 rest days. Running twice a week, Strength training twice a week and Cardio/Yoga session every second week.

30 day challenge with Meditation and Sun and Moon Salutations. I recently bought the book The Mind Illuminated by Culadasa (John Yates) and Matthew Immergut with Jeremy Graves. I will be working through this book to cement my meditation practise. I might do a post about this at some point as well.

Health & workouts

Did amazing with the meditation.
Yoga too, feeling at peace with myself.
Negative body image is not fun.
Found the way to negative prevention:
Fitting into new clothes bought off the shelf!

All my clothes are way too small. It took me
A long time to notice I am not fat.
I never had to struggle with my body
In this way. Take it on the chin, wisely.
Follow the wave, that is the way to do that!

February Review

Fitness Monthly Review: April

From last Friday (21st/04) to Monday (24th/04), I did not do any exercising. On Tuesday, I did a 30-minute abs workout, it was intense. Standing abs, lying down abs, and planks, 3 rounds of each section will stop I did 2/3 rounds of the planks, my abs were burning and I could not finish the workout. I am very happy with my effort.
